Unusual Special Effect Contacts

Affordable special effect contact lenses come in over 100 styles. Some you've seen before, while others have been custom designed and just introduced this year.

These custom hand painted costume lenses are the most expensive of the lot, with price tags ranging from $200 to $400 for a set. Unlike production Halloween lenses, custom contacts take about a week to produce so you should factor in the appropriate amount of lead time when ordering.

Costume Ideas to Match Halloween Contacts

Vampires –Any creature of the night would be pleased with Vampire Red or White Out. We also think Darth works as well as the slightly more bloodshot Vader.

Aliens – Extra-terrestrials suit up with Black Out, Black Sclera (a full eye scleral lens), or the reptilian Medusa.

Pirates–Find the dark side of Captain Jack Sparrow and friends with Manson and Moony .

Sexy–For sultry and mysterious, anything pink or ethereal blue will do. We recommend Angelic, the hottest selling FX contacts of all time, Temptress or Gargoyle.

heeyy, yeah you pretty much go to your doctor and ask them for it. or you just go to a random halloween store and get contacts, but they won't last as long as these oones.

Subject: Base Curve

I just got a pair of white out lenses and they look amazing. The only problem is the base curve (BC) is 8.6 and my eye bc is 8.3. That .3 difference is drastic and really irritates my eyes. I don't understand why there are no fx lenses in any other BC value than 8.6 (other than the large diameter ones which come is a larger bc). What's up with that?

I think your price is a little toooooo high for prefab lenses but thats me.... 19 or 20 sounds good and if you did that you would get more MONEY from people you would see about 25 40 % more people...
